Trinidad & Tobago represents the Caribbean country of Trinidad & Tobago in first-class matches. It does not play in international matches since the Caribbean islands play together as the West Indies team in international cricket. Queen's Park Oval is the home ground of the team.
Ex West Indian player Darren Ganga is currently the captain of the team. Other notable players of the team include Darren Bravo, Adrian Barrath, Dwayne Bravo, Lendl Simmons, Kieron Pollard, Dinesh Ramdin, Ravi Rampaul etc. West Indian cricket legends like Brian Lara, Ian Bishop, Larry Gomes, Gus Logie etc have played for Trinidad & Tobago.
Trinidad & Tobago is considered as one of the strongest teams in the Caribbean. They have won many tournaments so far. They have won the Caribbean domestic one-day competition 10 times, the regional four-day competition five times. They also have a Twenty 20 tournament under their belt which they won in the 2010-11 season.
