Chevrolet Warriors is a first-class domestic cricket team in South Africa. The team has been formed by combining the Eastern Province & the Border First-class cricket teams. The home venues of the team are St George's Park, Port Elizabeth & Buffalo Park, East London.
Chevrolet Warriors is one of the premier domestic cricket teams in South Africa & they regularly plays in South African domestic tournaments like SuperSport Series, the MTN Domestic Championship & the Standard Bank T20 competitions. They also play in the Champions League T20 & in 2010 they finished as runners-up in the tournament after getting defeated by Chennai Super Kings in the final.
Currently, the team captain is Davey Jacobs & coach is Russell Domingo. Notable players in the team include Jacques Kallis, Ashwell Prince, Johan Botha, Nicky Boje, Wayne Parnell, Makhaya Ntini & Mark Boucher. In the 2009-2010 season, the team won both the MTN40 Championship & the Pro20 Series.
