Mahmudullah, the current captain of Bangladesh team, is at the top position for making the most runs in T20 for Bangladesh. He started his journey in the international T20 matches from 2007 by playing against Kenya at Gymkhana Club Ground, Sep 01, 2007. From 2007 to 2021, he has played  109 matches and scored 1924 runs with a strike rate of 119.20. He entered in international cricket as a bowler then he worked over his batting and became a successful batter. His best score is 64* runs in the T20 internationals and he has taken 33 wickets which shows his all-around capability.

Shakib Al Hasan is a Bangladeshi all-rounder who is a left-handed batter and is at the number 2 position for making the most runs in T20 for Bangladesh. His international career in the T20 started against Zimbabwe at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium, Nov 28, 2006. Since his debut, he has made 1894 runs from 92 innings with a strike rate of 120.56.
