Whether a team is batting first or second, they have to rely on the batsmen to set a good target in the first inning or to achieve the target while chasing. In T20I, batsmen have proved on various occasions that they can take the match to the last ball and even get the victory. Dawid Malan started his career in the T20 international in the match against South Africa at Sophia Gardens on Jun 25, 2017. He proved his talent and batter skill by hitting 78 runs off 44 balls on his debut. He was also selected as the Man of the Match for his excellent performance in that match. Malan took birth in London on 03 September 1987 but he was raised in South Africa. He already had a cricketing connection as his father & brother were first-class cricket players. As of Sep 2021, Malan has scored 1123 with a strike rate of 139.33, and the average is 43.19 in his 30 T20I matches. 

Babar Azam (Pakistan)

Currently, as per ICC T20 batter ranking, Babar Azam is sitting at the number 2 position with 819 ratings. His ICC T20 ratings have touched 896 which is his highest rating in ICC T20 batting ranking. He is a Pakistani right-hand batsman who made his debut in T20I against England at Emirates Old Trafford on Sep 07, 2016. Babar Azam was born in Punjab on October 15, 1994, and is regarded as a promising opening batter. As of Sept 2021, he has appeared in 61 T20I and made 2204 runs at a strike rate of 130.65 with an average of 46.89. 

Aaron Finch (Australia)

Born on 17 November 1986 in Victoria, Australian batter, Aaron Finch with 733 ratings is found in the 3rd position in the current ICC T20 batting rankings. He is an opening batsman of Australian cricket and is known for his power pack performances. He made his debut in T20I against West Indies at Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium on Jul 16, 2021. As of Sep 2021, Aaron Finch has played 76 T20 cricket matches and scored 2473 runs at a strike rate of 150.24 with an average of 37.47. Aaron Finch has dashed 2 centuries and his best is 172 runs in his T20I career. 

Virat Kohli (India)

Indian most successful captain and batter of the Indian team, Virat Kohli with 717 ratings is at number 4th position in the ICC T20 batting rankings. He is the leading scorer in the T20 format of International cricket in the world and has scored more than 3000 runs from his 84 innings at a strike rate of 139.04. Virat Kohli made his debut in T20I cricket in the match against Zimbabwe at Harare Sports Club on Jun 12, 2010. Under pressure, he has the ability to play as an opener or in the middle, and he never seems out of his mind while batting. 

Devon Conway (New Zealand)

Devon Conway, a New Zealand wicket-keeping batsman, is at the number 5th position for the ICC T20 batting rankings. Conway was born and raised in South Africa before moving to New Zealand in 2017. He likes to bat at the top and is a very aggressive batsman, he has already impressed everybody with his batting performance on his debut match against West Indies at Eden Park, Nov 27, 2020. As of Sep 2021, Devon has appeared in the 14 T20I matches and added 473 at a strike rate of 151.12. He has already struck 4 fifties in only 11 innings and his best score is 99.
