232/6 vs England – 2021

The first T20I highest team score of Pakistan came against England at Nottingham on 16 Jul 2021. This was the 1st T20I match of Pakistan tour of England series in which Pakistan had already put a massive total of 232 runs on the scoreboard. While chasing, England lost some early wickets in the beginning but Liam Livingstone struck England's quickest T20I century, but it wasn't enough as Pakistan triumphed by 31 runs. A 150-run opening stand between Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan propelled Pakistan to their highest  T20I total of 232-6. Livingstone did an excellent job and his fastest century surpassed Dawid Malan's hundred from 48 balls in T20I, but he was not able to achieve the victory for his team and the team was bowled out at 201.

205/1 vs South Africa – 2021

The second-highest team score of Pakistan in T20I is 205 for 1 against South Africa at Centurion on 14 Apr 2021. This was the 3rd T20I match of the Pakistan tour of the South Africa tournament where Pakistan decided to chase the target after winning the toss. South Africa started well and has put a total of 203/5 on the scoreboard. On the other hand, When Pakistani opening pairs came on the pitch, they struck 197 runs for the first wicket. 205/3 vs West Indies – 2018

The 3rd highest team score of Pakistan in T20I is 205/3 against West Indies at Karachi on 2 Apr 2018. In the 2nd T20I match of West Indies tour of England 2018, Pakistan bat first after winning the toss and had put a total of 205/3 on the scoreboard. Babar Azam played a remembering inning of unbeaten 97 runs from 58 deliveries. Hussain Talat also supported well and contributed 63 runs. West Indies team could not give a reply well and the entire team was wiped out at 123 runs.

204/4 vs Scotland – 2010

The 4th highest team score of Pakistan in T20I is 204 for 4 against Scotland at Edinburgh on 12 Jun 2018. Pakistan was batting first and they did not get a very good start but in the end, Sarfaraz Ahmed and Shoaib Malik handled the situation and took the scoreboard to 204/3. Sarfaraz Ahmed scored unbeaten 89 runs from 59 balls and Shoaib Malik struck 53 from 27 balls. While chasing, Scotland batters could not maintain the required run rate and lost the match by 48 runs. Sarfaraz Ahmed was chosen as the Man of the Match of his match-winning 89 runs.

203/5 vs Bangladesh – 2008

This is the 5th highest total of Pakistan in T20I against Bangladesh at Karachi on 20 Apr 2008. While batting first, Pakistan did not get a good start and lost some early wickets of in-form batsmen. On the other hand, Misbah-ul-Haq handled the situation nicely and blasted an undefeated 87 from 53 balls to established a 102-run triumph for the Pakistanis. Bangladesh team could not do much in their chasing and were bowled out at 101 runs in 16 overs only. Misbah-ul-Haq was selected as Man of the Match for his outstanding unbeaten 87 runs.
