Shubman Gill is an upcoming superstar from India in the game of cricket. He made his international debut in January 2019 when he played his first ODI game against New Zealand at Hamilton. But with a lot of competition for the position of opener in India, it took him a while to get his place.

But once he got his place at the top, he made the most of it. Gill made his test debut in December 2020 against Australia at the MCG and played his first T20I in January 2023 against Sri Lanka. In his short career, he has already established himself as the upcoming superstar in the world of cricket.

Gill has already achieved a good amount of success that only a few have achieved at this early stage of their careers. He has scored a century across all three formats and became the youngest to score an ODI double century.

Shubman Gill has not played many test matches, but after a couple of nineties in test cricket, he scored two hundreds. His maiden test ton came against Bangladesh in December 2022 in Chattogram, in a winning cause.

Shubman Gill Centuries in T20i

Gill made his T20I debut most recently and has only played a few games. But he has already smashed a T20I ton. His maiden hundred came against New Zealand in Ahemdabad when he scored an unbeaten 126 runs, which is the highest individual score by an Indian batter in the shorter format.

Shubman Gill Centuries in IPL

Gill smashed three centuries in the 16th edition of the Indian Premier League. He was the top scorer in the tournament and helped his team qualify for the final. Gill’s maiden IPL ton came against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Ahemdabad.
