This game saw the most runs in one single PSL match. It started with Islamabad batting first. Islamabad registered the highest PSL total in that game. They reached 247/2 in their 50 overs with the help of a brilliant century from Usman Khawaja, who made 105 not out off 56 balls.
It was a big total to chase, and it needed an incredible effort to cross the line. But Peshawar lost their first two wickets early. But after that, they showed some resilience with Kamran Akmal (53) and skipper Shoaib Malik (68).
