Multan Sultans: The 2021 winner of the Pakistan Super League, the Multan Sultans, is one of the most consistent teams in the league. They have played some really good cricket in the last couple of seasons, finishing as runners-up in 2022. But with good days, there are always some bad ones as well. Every strong team experiences bad days.

3. Multan Sultans (118/7) vs Karachi Kings in 2019
Multan Sultans’ third lowest total in the Pakistan Super League came in the 2016 season when they faced Karachi Kings in Abu Dhabi. Karachi won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, Multan got off to a shaky start, with the top three batters scoring 28 runs together. Skipper Shoaib Malik (26) and Hammad Azam (29) were the only players who added some runs.
Apart from them, not even a single batter got going. As a result, Multan registered their third-lowest PSL total. They made 118/7 in their full quota of 20 overs. Usman Shinwari picked up 4/15 for the Karachi Kings. In reply, with the help of Liam Livingstone, Karachi chased down the target in 19.2 overs and made 120/5. Karachi won by 5 wickets with 4 balls to spare.
2. Multan Sultans (114 all out) vs Lahore Qalandars in 2018
The second lowest score for Multan Sultans came against Lahore Qalandars in the 2018 season of the Pakistan Super League. It was the 20th game of the tournament at Dubai Cricket Stadium. Multan won the toss and chose to bat first, but the decision totally went wrong. Although they had a good opening partnership of 61 runs in 8.1 overs between Ahmed Shehzad (32) and Kumar Sangakkara (45).
But after that, there was only one batter who crossed the 10-run mark. As a result, the whole team got all out for 114 runs in 19.4 overs. Shaheen Afridi bowled a superb spell of 5/4 in his 3.4 overs. In response, Lahore had some difficulties during their pursuit, but they eventually made it. Lahore scored 115/4 in 18.4 overs to win the game by six wickets and eight balls to spare.
1. Multan Sultans (113 all out) vs Islamabad United in 2018
Multan Sultan’s lowest score in PSL history came in the 2018 season. In the sixth game of the tournament, they faced Islamabad United at the Dubai Cricket Ground. Islamabad won the toss and chose to bowl first, and their bowlers did a really good job. Batting first, Multan lost their first four wickets for just 31 runs in 8.2 overs. After that, they had a 54-run partnership for the fifth wicket.
But from 85/4, they lost their last six wickets for just 28 runs. Multan got all out for 113 runs in 19.5 overs and registered their lowest PSL total. In response, Islamabad also lost their five wickets for 63 runs in 10.3 overs. But in the end, they reached the target in 17.4 overs and made 117/5 to win by five wickets with 14 balls to spare.
