Australia and England were involved in the first official test match, which took place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in 1877. Later, other teams also started playing this game. Over the years, Australia has been the most dominant team in all three formats, proving their case with the most ICC titles and being the only team with ICC wins in all three formats.
One of the reasons for their consistent success is their strong batting lineup. From Don Bradman to Steven Smith, there have been numerous Australian batters who rose through the ranks. Bradman holds the record for most double centuries, and we will discuss other Australian batters here as well.
