Karachi Kings are the former Pakistan Cricket League champions. The Kings won the 2020 season when they beat the Lahore Qalandars in the final by five wickets. Apart from that, apart from the 2022 season, the Kings have also played dominant cricket in the PSL. There are many records that are registered under the name of his team in the PSL’s history.

3. Karachi Kings (196/3) vs Islamabad United in 2021
The third-highest total for the 2020 PSL champions came in the 2021 season. It was registered against Islamabad United in the 6th game of the tournament at Karachi Stadium. The United won the toss and decided to bat first. But both openers for the Kings have some different plans. They added their highest opening partnership in the tournament. Both openers added 176 runs in 18.1 overs. Babar Azam got out for 62 off 54 balls, with six fours and one six.
On the other hand, Sharjeel Khan scored a brilliant 55-ball century and made 105 off 59 balls with nine fours and 8 sixes. As a result, the Kings made a total of 196/3 in their first innings. In response, the United got off to a shaky start, losing two wickets in the first two overs. But after that, they had some good contributions. Alex Hales (46), Iftikhar Ahmed (49*), and Hussain Talat (42) helped them chase the target in 19.1 overs. As a result, Kings’ third-highest total came in a losing effort.
2. Karachi Kings (198/3) vs Multan Sultans in 2021
The second-highest PSL total for the Karachi Kings came in a chase. It was the ninth game of the 2021 season against the Multan Sultans. Batting first, the Sultans had some good contributions from their top order, which helped them reach near 200 runs. Mohammad Rizwan (43), Chris Lynn (32), James Vince (45), and Sohaib Maqsood (34*) played good innings, and they made 195/6 in their first innings.
In reply, the Karachi Kings got off to a good start with a 53-run partnership for the first wicket in 4.3 overs. And then they had another 97-run partnership for the second wicket that helped them reach the target in 18.5 overs. Babar Azam scored 90 off 60 balls, with 13 fours and one six. Joe Clarke scored a 24-ball fifty and made 54 off 26. The Karachi Kings registered their second highest score of 198/3 to win by 7 wickets.
1. Karachi Kings (201/4) vs Peshawar Zalmi in 2020
Karachi Kings have crossed the 200-run mark in the PSL once so far, and that is their highest total. It came in the 2020 season when they played against the Peshawar Zalmi at Karachi Stadium. It happened when the Zalmi won the toss and chose to bowl first. Karachi Kings started well, with Babar Azam giving them a good start with a 38-ball fifty. He made 78 off 56 balls, with seven fours and two sixes.
And with a 29-ball fifty from skipper Imad Wasim, the Kings crossed the 200-run mark. Imad made 50 off 30 balls. In the end, Iftikhar Ahmed smashed 16 runs off the last three balls to take his team to 201/4 in their 20 overs. Chasing the target, Peshawar Zalmi also had some good batting displays, but they fell short by just 10 runs, reaching 191/7 in their inning.
