The teams have been arranged against each other to get to play one time against their respective group members. Each team will play two times against the respective group teams belonging to the same row in the second group. But concerning the remaining teams of the other group, each team will get to play only once against them. It can be said that, for instance, if Mumbai Indians play against its group A participants, then it will play twice. It will also play twice against Chennai Super Kings. But it will only play once against the other group B participants.

This means that there would be 10 teams that will play 14 fixtures each. So a team would be getting a chance to play with another 5 teams two times. But against the other four teams, it will get to play only once. This is a new rule that the board of Cricket Council has introduced in India to improve the game’s sanctity.

Last year in IPL 2022, At least 20 matches were scheduled to be played in Mumbai Wankhede stadium, and the remaining 15 are scheduled to be played in the Brabourne stadium. Twenty matches were about to be played in the DY Patil Stadium of Mumbai, and the remaining 15 in the MCA International Stadium of Pune but this year, we will see old Home and Away venue.

This season of the Indian Premier League is expected to be much more interesting than the previous seasons. It is expected that it would leave a great impact on all the players and even fans eagerly waiting for the fun of the live season.
