5. Peshawar Zalmi (232/6) vs Islamabad United in 2021
The 2017 PSL champion, Peshawar Zalmi has recorded the fifth-highest total in this league. They made it in the 26th game of the 2021 season in Abu Dhabi against Islamabad United, but it came in a losing cause. In the first inning, Islamabad made a massive score of 247/2, which is the highest PSL score. Usman Khawaja scored an unbeaten century and made 105 off 56. In reply, Peshawar also tried hard, and with the help of Shoaib Malik (68) and Kamran Akmal (53) scored 232/6 but lost by 15 runs.
4. Islamabad United (238/3) vs Lahore Qalandars in 2019
Islamabad United made the fourth-highest total in the PSL’s history. They did it in the 27th game of the 2019 season against Lahore Qalandars in Karachi. Islamabad batted first and got off to a good start, with Cameron Delport scoring an unbeaten century. He made 117 off 60, and Asif Ali made an unbeaten 55 off 21. As a result, they reached a massive score of 238/3. Lahore also had a few contributions in the middle, but they managed only 189/9 and lost the game by 49 runs.
3. Lahore Qalandars (241/3) vs Peshawar Zalmi in 2023
The third-highest PSL total came most recently in February 2023. It was the game between Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi in Lahore. Lahore won the toss and decided to bat first. They batted brilliantly and scored 241/3, courtesy of Fakhar Zaman (96 off 45) and Abdullah Shafique (75 off 41). In response, Peshawar also had some useful innings from Saim Ayub (51) and Tom Kohler-Cadmore (51) but they fell short by 40 runs and made 201/9.
2. Multan Sultans (245/3) vs Quetta Gladiators in 2022
Multan Sultans hold the record for the second-highest PSL total in history. They registered it in the 2022 season against the Quetta Gladiators in Lahore. It was the 25th game of the competition and Multan batted first after winning the toss. Skipper Mohammad Rizwan scored 83 not out off 54 balls, and Rilee Rossouw smashed 71 off just 26 balls. As a result, they reached a huge total of 245/3. That was more than enough, as Quetta got bowled out for just 128 and lost the game by 117 runs.

This game is the highest aggregate match in the history of the PSL, with both teams scoring more than 220 runs. It was Islamabad United against Peshawar Zalmi in 2021 in Abu Dhabi. Batting first, Islamabad got a dream start from skipper Usman Khawaja, who ended with 105 not out off 56 balls. Colin Munro (48 off 28), Asif Ali (43 off 14), and Brandon King (46* off 22) also played good cameos. Thus, they reached a massive total of 247/2 in their first inning. Chasing the target, Peshawar also scored 232/6 but fell short by 15 runs.
