3. Rovman Powell (107 runs) against England at Bridgetown
The latest century and the third highest score for West Indies came in 2022 in a match against England. It was the third game of a five-match T20 series at Bridgetown. After winning the toss, England chose to bowl first. The Caribbean team lost their first two wickets early. But then, a massive partnership of 122 runs between Nicholas Poorana and Rovman Powell helped them reach near 200.
Pooran made 70 runs, while Powell smashed his first century and scored 107 runs off 53 balls, with 4 fours and 10 sixes. Thus, West Indies made a big score of 224/5 in their 20 overs. Chasing the target, England also had a few good partnerships in the middle. But they ended up on 204/9 and lost the match by 20 runs.
2. Chris Gayle (117 runs) against South Africa at Johannesburg
Chris Gayle scored the first century by any batter in international T20s, as well as the second highest individual score for West Indies. It was the opening match of the inaugural T20 World Cup in 2007, between the West Indies and South Africa.Winning the toss, the Proteas chose to bowl first. Chris Gayle and Devon Smith added 145 runs for the first wicket, in which Smith only made 35 runs.

1. Evin Lewis (125* runs) against India (Highest in T20 for West Indies)
Evin Lewis has scored two centuries in T20 cricket, and both centuries have come against India. But his highest score came in a one-off T20 game at Kingston on July 09, 2017. It was West Indies that won the toss and chose to bowl first. India batted well and made 190/6 in their 20 overs. Dinesh Karthik was the top-scorer with 48 runs off 29 balls. It was a decent target to defend.
But Lewis totally changed the whole scenario of the match in favor of his team. West Indies responded with an opening wicket partnership of 82 runs, followed by an unbeaten second-wicket stand of 110 runs between Lewis and Marlon Samuels (36*).
