India wrote history when they went on to become the first team to win the inaugural T20 World Cup in 2007. MS Dhoni led India to their second World Cup title after the 1983 ODI World Cup. That win gave many young Indian cricketers a big dream of playing in his fast-moving format. And today, India is among the top-ranked teams in the shorter format of the game.
