Styen picked up 350 test wickets in 69 games during his career. Overall, he took 439 wickets in 93 tests at a strike rate of 42.3 and 26 fifers.
3. Richard Hadlee (NZ) – 69 matches
The bowler to break Dennis Lillee’s record in 1987 was former speedster from New Zealand, Richard Hadlee. Murali retired with 800 test wickets, which has been achieved only once. He completed 350 wickets in his test career in his 66th game and is the joint-fastest to do so. He also held the record for most five-wicket hauls (67) by a bowler in a test.
