It was the third ODI of Sri Lanka’s tour of Australia in Brisbane. After winning the toss, the home team chose to bat first, but it didn’t turn out to be the right decision on that day. All of the Australian batting fell apart. Apart from Mitchell Starc (22), none of the batters crossed the 15-run mark. Nine batters were dismissed below 10 runs.

But it didn’t end like that. England bowled brilliantly and came back into the game. In fact, they dismissed Australia for just 70 runs and won the match by 101 runs. Only three Australian batters crossed the 10-run mark, and they registered one of the lowest scores.
