Cricket Schedule 2012
Calender year 2012 would be important for all the teams of ICC as it will feature very important series. We have put list of upcoming cricket series or tournament in the year 2012 with detailed description and information. In some countries like India and South Asian countries, cricket is like religion and it is followed by more than one billion cricket fans. For ensuring fair tour for all teams, ICC has released FTP (Future Tour Program). It provide framework to respective board to prepare their plans in advance with other nations on the basis of pre-determined series tour Itinerary. Below list provides full timetable schedule for each country.

Cricket Schedule 2012
The cricketing calendar of 2012 comprises some of the most anticipated clashes that the cricketing fraternity and fans has been waiting for. The Cricket Schedule 2012 has been carefully planned by the International Council for Cricket (ICC) and would feature exciting encounters between giants of the game. In fact, from the very first month, there are some high voltage clashes. India would play the last 3 Test Matches in Australia, followed by 2 T20 Internationals. Australia would then host a tri series, featuring India and New Zealand. Later that month, Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka and England would engage in tours to New Zealand, South Africa and Pakistan, respectively.

In the month of February, another tri series will be held in Australia, comprising of India and Sri Lanka. Other important tours in cricket 2012 year include South Africa's ambitious tour to the land of the Kiwis, where the Protease will fight it out in 3 Tests and 5 ODIs. Minnows Zimbabwe will tour New Zealand before that for 1 Test Match, 3 One Day Internationals and 2 T20 encounters. All in all, the first two months ensure unadulterated cricketing action. The much awaited clash of the sub continental teams in the form of Asia Cup will also take place during March. It is one of the biggest competitions held in the cricketing world, as India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will compete to prove the supreme champion in Asian cricket. Then, there is also the anticipated tour of England where the team battle out at the Lords Cricket ground to the Emerald Island of Sri Lanka. Both the teams have a good stature in the international circuit, and it would be a cracker of a contest. During April-May, the highly anticipated IPL T20 Competition will begin, where 10 Indian franchises will engage in the mother of all battles to lay their hand on the coveted cup of glory. The period from May to June will feature several tours. Pakistan and Bangladesh will be at loggerheads in an encounter comprising 3 ODIs and 2 Tests. Then there is the West Indian tour of England and Pakistan's tour to Sri Lanka. During June-July, Australia and New Zealand will embark upon tours to England and West Indies. India will also tour Sri Lanka during this point of time. The minnows, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe will provide entertainment to their fans during August. Also, New Zealand will face India for 3 Test Matches, to be held during the period of August to September.
