Cape Cobras is a domestic cricket team in South Africa. The team was formed by combining the Western Province & Boland first-class cricket teams. Well-known & famous South African internationals like Herschelle Gibbs, Graeme Smith, JP Duminy, Justin Kemp & Dale Steyn, plays for the team. Previously players like Gary Kirsten & Mark Boucher have also played for the team.

The team regularly participates in South African domestic cricket tournaments like SuperSport Series, MTN40 & Standard Bank Twenty20 Championships. The team will also be playing in the upcoming T20 Champions League starting from 19th September.

Home venues of the Cape Cobras are the Newlands Cricket Grounds in Cape Town & the Boland Park in Paarl. Andrew Puttick is currently the captain of the team. The team is coached by Richard Pybus. The team has won the SuperSport series twice in 2009-2010 & 2011-2012. It has also won the Pro20 Series twice in 2008-2009 & 2010-2011.
