The other two Tests will take place at Kandy and Colombo, from September 8, and 16 respectively. In fact, the allocated amount of the tour has been slashed from 300 million rupees to 100 million rupees. Also, by making necessary changes in the security system, Sri Lankan Cricket Board will be able to save about 40 million rupees.
